The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every project Sawyer Remodeling completes is backed by a simple commitment: if the work we did isn’t holding up the way it should within 365 days of your service date, we come back, we look at it, and we make it right. No forms. No fees. No argument. The written price you approved before we started is the number on your invoice, and the promise that follows the job is just as clear as the price that came before it. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s on every job, not just the big ones.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship, period. If something we built, installed, or repaired isn’t performing the way it should, that falls on us.
- Materials we sourced and installed. Parts and products we supplied as part of your project are covered alongside the labor for the full 365-day window.
- The return visit itself. If you call us back, the visit costs you nothing – no trip fee, no diagnostic charge, nothing.
- A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold. If we fix something and it comes back within the window, we don’t patch it again and hope. We address the actual problem.
- Job-site cleanup on any return visit. We leave it the way we left it after the original job – clean.
- Photo documentation on the return. Same as the original job: before-and-after photos so you have a record of what was done and how it was resolved.
What Isn’t Covered
- Damage from a storm, flood, fire, or accident after our visit. We’re not able to stand behind what the weather or an unexpected event causes – but if you’re not sure what caused it, call us and we’ll come look.
- Work done by someone else after we finished. If another contractor worked on the same area, we can’t speak to what changed.
- Parts or materials you supplied. If you sourced a fixture or a component and asked us to install it, the material itself sits outside the promise – though our labor on it is still covered.
- Normal wear on items we didn’t install. Things age. Existing equipment that was already in place when we arrived isn’t something we can warrant.
- Issues you chose not to address when we flagged them. If we noted a concern during the project and you decided to leave it for now, that’s a fair call – but it’s outside the scope of what we can cover. We’ll still come take another look if something changes.
- Cosmetic preferences that shift after the job closes. The promise covers performance, not a change of heart on a tile color. That said, give us a call – we’re easy to talk to.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (254) 272-5876 or book online
A live person answers – no voicemail, no callback queue. Tell us you’re calling about a completed job, and you’re already halfway there.
Step 2: Tell us what you’re seeing and roughly when we were there
You don’t need a receipt, a job number, or a file folder. We keep every job on record, so a name and an address is all we need to pull it up.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll give you a real appointment with a live arrival time you can track – same as the original job, no four-hour windows. No form to fill out, no fee to pay to get on the calendar.
Step 4: We make it right
The crew comes out, reviews the work, and fixes what isn’t holding up. If the first fix doesn’t do it, we stay with it until it does – that’s what the promise means in practice.
Timing
The 365-day window opens on your service date and runs exactly one year. If something comes up just after the window closes, call us anyway. We’re not accountants with a stopwatch – if the issue is clearly related to work we performed and it missed the window by a short stretch, we’ll come look and we’ll be reasonable about it. Every Sawyer Remodeling location is independently owned and operated, but every one of them runs on The Relay Visibility Guarantee and honors this promise the same way. The name and the standard travel together.
Questions About the Promise
If you’re not sure whether something is covered, don’t guess – just call us. Reach Sawyer Remodeling at (254) 272-5876, and a live person will answer. We’d rather spend two minutes on the phone clearing it up than have you sit on a problem that’s ours to fix.
