Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Sawyer Remodeling team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Construction Work
Every job at Sawyer Remodeling is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. There’s no hourly rate ticking in the background, no membership to join, nothing to sign up for before we’ll give you a number. You tell us what you need done, we come out, we write the price down, and you see the full number before a single tool comes off the truck.
That matters because construction work has a way of feeling open-ended until someone puts it in writing. We’ve been doing this since 2005, and the clearest thing we’ve learned is that a homeowner who sees the full price upfront makes better decisions – about scope, about timing, about whether the project makes sense right now. The number on the written estimate is the number on the invoice. It doesn’t move.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free.
Here’s what that visit actually includes: one of our background-checked, uniformed crew members comes to your home, looks at the specific work, asks the right questions, and gives you a written price for exactly what you described. You’ll know who’s coming and when – no four-hour window, a live arrival time. The whole visit usually runs about an hour depending on scope.
At the end of it, you have a written estimate in hand. You’re not obligated to move forward. There’s no pressure, no follow-up sales call if you say no. We’d rather you have the number and decide at your own pace than feel cornered into a job you’re not ready for.

When People Usually Call Us
Construction work tends to come up in two situations: something stopped working, or you’ve been thinking about a project long enough that it’s finally time to do it.
Spring is when most bathroom and renovation calls pick up. People have been inside all winter noticing every crack, every dated tile, every faucet that’s one drip away from a real problem. By March or April, the planning conversations have been had, and homeowners are ready to actually schedule something.
Fall brings a different kind of call – the “let’s get this done before the holidays” push. Kitchens, bathrooms, common areas. Projects where the deadline is a family dinner in November.
And then there’s the call that happens with no season: the bathroom floor that finally gave, the shower pan that’s been leaking longer than anyone admitted, the renovation that went from “someday” to “this week” because the damage made the decision for you.
Whichever situation you’re in, the process starts the same way – a free written estimate, a real arrival time, and a price that’s confirmed before anyone starts work.

AfterWhat You Can Expect From Us Either Way

A few things apply to every job, no matter the season or the scope.
Written price before work starts. Always. That’s The Relay Visibility Guarantee – not a premium tier, just how we work.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise. If something isn’t right after the job closes, we make it right. That’s backed in writing on every project, and it runs for a full year. You don’t have to argue for it or ask nicely – it’s already there.
Background-checked, uniformed technicians. You’ll know who’s coming to your home before they arrive. That’s not a selling point we invented – it’s a baseline we hold to.
Named-brand materials. We work with KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Toto fixtures, and GAF and James Hardie exterior products. You’re getting manufacturer-backed materials, not whatever was cheapest that week.
A live person answers when you call. No voicemail loops, no callback queues. Someone picks up.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely. We come out, look at the job, write the price, and hand it to you – no charge for the visit and no obligation to book. If you decide to move forward, the estimate becomes the contract price. If you don’t, you paid nothing and learned exactly what the job would cost.
Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?
No, and that’s deliberate. We price every job off a free written estimate – one total, confirmed in writing before work starts. There’s no financing product, no monthly plan, nothing to apply for. We’ve found that a single clear number works better for everyone than a payment structure that can obscure what you’re actually spending.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re seeing the 10% off your first service visit, that applies to that visit – it doesn’t stack with other offers on the same job. When in doubt, call us at (254) 272-5876 and we’ll walk you through exactly what applies to your situation.
Does the price change once you’re on-site?
No. The written estimate is the price – that’s the whole point of writing it down. If we open a wall and find something that genuinely changes the scope, we stop, explain what we found, and give you a new written number before doing anything beyond what was originally agreed. You always approve the cost before it’s incurred.
